Old structures whispers to us the stories where we came from.
Its always mesmerizing to visit old places. It keeps us close to our very existence, making alive all memories associated to it.
To this place mine were the childhood ones. To this place I remember having called by different names while growing up. Counting the number of staircases that takes us to the top. Competing with my brother to see who will reach the top first. Hanging by the lobby to wave at every other crossing person as if they were just waiting for it. Searching for new place every time while playing hide-and-seek. Opening all crossways to fly freely in circular way and shouting at peak of our voices to grab attention of our elders from the other side of the lobby.
Wow... What a bundle of joy this place has been.
Every description will lag short to unfold each story associated to this place. ❣️

We have food on our plates.
We have the choice to stay indoors.
We have proper sanitation facilities.
We have comfortable beds to sleep in.
We have the option to work from home.
We have phones to check on the well-being of our family.
We have good sources of information.
We have known and unknown well-wishers constantly offering help.
There are families who are facing multiple hardships daily with no access to food, shelter, money, education, health, or sanitation. There are families who are not having places for isolation. There are communities that are sharing toilets with covid patients in the community.
With all the 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 situation around, I choose to be more 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐟𝐮𝐥 about what I am blessed with.

Rambling chatters in the mind
Pouring stones in the heart
Kept her awake all night long
Roaming with the sounds of crickets
The moon was taking her around
With every footstep approaching to her
She hid herself in the shallow darkness
Each light turning off in the doorway
She sighs, no one is awake to fix her today
Eyes heavier than ever flashing the time
Those untold dreams still waiting to be mine
With the 10th round of the place
Legs shivered and can't keep up the pace
Finding a cozy corner, she gazed at the clear sky
You keep changing too and so am I..?
Accepting the changing season
She met the soft and fierce light
Then, in between the signals of rise
She saw a beautiful streak of light
Aahh..!! Shooting star...!! Closed her hand and with opened eyes
She smelled the peace and welcomed a beautiful sunrise
