సమాజం నిజాయితీగా ఉండదు.  కానీ సమాజంలో నిజాయితీకి విలువ ఉంటుంది.

Society is not honest. But honesty is valued in society.

ఆర్థికంగా ఎవరి మీద ఆధారపడ్డా ఆలోచన మాత్రం సొంతంగా చెయ్

Even though you are financially dependent, have your own thinking....

జీవితానికి ఇబ్బందిగా మారుతున్నపుడు ఎంత గొప్ప విశ్వాసాన్నయినా, ఎంత గొప్ప వ్యక్తినయినా త్యజించవచ్చు.

When life becomes troublesome. No matter how much Great faith it is, No matter how great a person one is, one can give up that.

వివక్ష,  పైవాడు నీ మీద చూపితే బాధగా, నువ్వు నీ క్రింది వారి మీద చూపితే గొప్పగా అనిపిస్తుంది.

విజయం నీ జీవితం కోసమే కానీ నీ జీవితం విజయం కోసం కాదు. ఓటమిని అంగీకరించిన వారికే పొరపాట్ల నుంచి పాఠం నేర్చుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. విజయం సాధించిన వారు ఓడిపోయిన వారికన్నా ఎక్కువ సార్లు ఓటమి ని చవిచూసి ఉంటారు.

Success is for your life but your life is not for success. Only those who accept failure have the opportunity to learn from mistakes. Winners have experienced failure more times than losers.

ఒక విషయం పట్ల భిన్నాభిప్రాయాలు ఉంటే గౌరవించుకో వచ్చు. ఇద్దరి మధ్య భేదాభిప్రాయాలు వచ్చాక ఒకరిని ఒకరు గౌరవించు కోవడం సాధ్యపడదు. 

A difference of opinion on a subject can be respected. It is not possible to respect each other when there is a difference of opinion between the two persons. (Trans on 18.Aug.2023)

పురాణాలలో లాగా సమాజంలో రాముడు, రావణుడు వేరుగా ఉండరు. అవి ఒకే వ్యక్తిలో ఉండే రెండు మొహాలు. అవసరాన్ని, అవకాశాన్ని బట్టి బయటకు వస్తాయి.

Rama and Ravana are not separate in society as in Puranas. They are two faces in one person. They come out according to need and opportunity. (Trans 02 Jul 23)

పాములు, పురుగులు మన శతృవులు కాదు. వాటికి మన మీద కోపం ఉండదు. పూలు, సీతాకోక చిలుకలు మన మితృలూ కాదు. వాటికి మన మీద ప్రత్యేకమైన ప్రేమ ఉండదు. అన్నీ కూడా మన సహా జీవులే.

Snakes and insects are not our enemies. They are not angry with us. Flowers and butterflies are not our friends. They have no special love for us.  All are living beings including us.

కేవలం వ్యక్తుల సమూహం సమాజం కాదు. సమాజం అంటే సామజిక నియమాలతో కూడినది. సామజిక నియమాలు లేని వ్యక్తుల సమూహం సమాజం కాదు. సమాజానికి సమాజం నిలబడడమే ప్రధానం తప్ప, వ్యక్తి జీవితం ప్రధానం కాదు.

A society is not just a group of people. A society is a set of social rules. A group of people without social rules is not a society. The survival of the society is important to the society, but the life of the individual is not important.

నువ్వు బలహీనంగా ఉన్నపుడు మంచివారు కూడా నీతో చెడుగా ప్రవర్తించే అవకాశాలు పెరుగుతాయి. నువ్వు బలంగా ఉన్నపుడు చెడ్డవారు కూడా నీతో మంచిగా ప్రవర్తించే అవకాశాలు పెరుగుతాయి. నీతో మంచిగా ప్రవర్తించడం కేవలం వారి మంచితనం మీదే కాదు, నీ బలం మీద కూడా ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది.

When you are weak the chances of good people treating bad on you increase. When you are strong the chances of bad people treating good on you increase. Being nice to you doesn't only depend on their kindness, but also on your strength. (Trans 02 Jul 23)

వ్యక్తి వలన సమాజానికి బాధ కలిగితే "నేరం" క్రింద పరిగణిస్తారు. కానీ సమాజం వలన వ్యక్తికి బాధ కలుగుతుంటే "మానసిక సమస్య" అంటారు.

If a person causes suffering to society it is considered as a"crime". But if a person is suffering due to society then it is called "mental illness". (02 Jul 23)

ప్రతీ సమస్యకు పరిష్కారం ఉంటుంది. కానీ పరిష్కారం వలన ఉత్పన్నమయ్యే నూతన సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించుకునే తెగువ ఉండాలి. 

Every problem has a solution. But there must be an ability to solve new problems that arise from the solution.

నువ్వు ప్రేమించిన ప్రతీ అబ్బాయిని పెళ్ళి చేసుకోలేవు. నిన్ను ప్రేమించిన ప్రతీ అబ్బాయిని పెళ్ళి చేసుకోలేవు. ప్రేమ మానసికం. పెళ్ళి సామాజికం.

You cannot marry every boy you love. You cannot marry every boy who loves you. Love is psychological. Marriage is social.

తెలుగు భాషను కాపాడడం అంటే ఇతర భాషలను నేర్చుకునే వారి నైతికత మీద దాడి చెయ్యడం కాదు. తెలుగు భాష నేర్చుకున్న వారికి మంచి అవకాశాలు కల్పించడం.

Protecting the Telugu language does not mean attacking the morals of those who learn other languages. It means providing good opportunities for those who have learned the Telugu language.

ఆమె చెడ్డది అనే మీ అభిప్రాయాన్ని బలపర్చుకోడానికి సైకాలజిస్టుని కలవ వద్దు. ఆమె పరిస్థితిని అర్థం చేసుకోవడానికి మాత్రమే కలవండి.

Don't meet the psychologist to reinforce your opinion that she is bad. Meet only to understand her situation.

ఆటల పోటీలకయితే సమాన వయసువాళ్ళు కావాలి. ఆడుకోడానికి వయసుతో ఏమి పని? చాలా మంది పిల్లలు కుక్కపిల్లలతో కూడా ఆడుకుంటారు. వాటి నుంచి కూడా అనేక విషయాలను నేర్చుకుంటారు.

If it is a sports competition, it needs to be of the similar age group. What does age have to do with playing? Many children also play with dogs also. Many things are learned from them.

సమాజం ఒక భ్రమ. నిజమని నమ్మితే ఫలితం ఉండక పోయినా మీ మనసు మీద ప్రభావం ఉంటుంది.

Society is an illusion. If you believe it to be true, even if there is no result.

 it will have an effect on your mind.

Until it is physically touched. what the mind believes. that is the truth for the brain & body.

అమాయకత్వం పోగొట్టుకుని తెలివిని పెంచుకోవాలనే ఆశతో కౌన్సిలింగుకి వచ్చి ఉండొచ్చు. అయినా ఇక్కడ నిజాయితీ గా బ్రతకడం ఎంత సులభమో మాత్రమే నేర్పబడుతుంది. 

You may have come to counseling with the hope of losing your innocence and gaining wisdom. But here it is only taught how easy it is to live honestly.  (Trans 03.Jul 23)

ప్రతీ మతస్తుడూ ఇతర మతాల పట్ల వ్యవహరించే హేతుబద్ధమైన ఆలోచనా తీరు తన మతం మీద కూడా ఆచరిస్తే చాలు.

It is enough that if every religious person practices the same rational way of thinking towards other religions should apply to their own religion as well.

మత విశ్వాసాలను హేతుబద్దంగా విశ్లేషించి, నిర్మాణాత్మకంగా విమర్శించడానికి చాలా మానసిక శ్రమ అవసరం. హేళన చేయడం సులభం.

It takes a lot of mental effort to rationally analyze and constructively criticize religious beliefs. It's easy to mock.

ఎవరికి నచ్చిన ఆహారం వారు తినే స్వేచ్ఛ ఉంది. నచ్చనిది తినకుండా ఉండే స్వేచ్చ కూడా ఉంది.

కానీ, ఇతరుల ఆహారాన్ని అసహ్యించు కోవడం అమానవీయం.

They are free to eat the food they like. There is also the freedom not to eat what you don't like. But it is inhuman to hate the food of others. (02.08.2023 Trans)

జీవితాన్ని పూర్తిగా ఆస్వాదించ గలిగిన వారికి మరణం గురించిన భయం ఉండదు. మరణం గురించి భయపడే వారు జీవితాన్ని ఆస్వాదించలేరు.

 Those who are able to taste life to the fullest have no fear of death. Those who fear death cannot enjoy life.

ప్రేమ పూర్తిగా మానసికమైనది. శృంగారం కొన్నిసార్లు మానసికమైనది, మరి కొన్నిసార్లు శారీరక వాంఛ తీర్చుకోవడానికి, మరి కొందరికి (సాధారణంగా పురుషులలో) అహం చల్లార్చుకోడానికి..

Love is purely psychological. Sex is sometimes psychological, sometimes physical, and for some (usually men) an ego quench.

పోరాడడం వలన ఎక్కువ నష్టం జరుగుతున్నపుడు పోరాడకుండా ఉండడానికి పోరాడాలి.

Fight to avoid fighting when fighting is doing too much damage.

నేను సామాజిక మాధ్యమాలలో పెట్టే ప్రతీ పోస్ట్ లేదా వీడియోలు ఎంతో బాధ్యతాయుతంగా ఉంటాయి. కౌన్సిలింగులో కానీ బయట కానీ మాట్లాడే ప్రతీ మాట పట్ల శ్రద్ధ తీసుకుంటాను. నా మనసు నుండి వచ్చే ప్రతీ మాట మానసిక సమస్యతో బాధ పడే వారికి ఎలా అర్థం అవుతుంది? అది వారిలో ధైర్యాన్ని ఎలా నింపుతుంది? అన్న కోణంలో అలోచించి మాట్లాడడం జరుగుతుంది. నా క్లయింట్లు గాని నన్ను అనుసరిస్తున్న వారి మనసుల మీద నా మాటలు ఎటువంటి ప్రభావాన్ని చూపుతాయోనన్న ఆలోచన నిరంతరం నా మదిలో మెదులుతూ ఉంటుంది.

ఎంతో మంది నా పోస్టులను, నా వర్డ్స్ ఫ్రమ్ కౌన్సిలింగ్ మరియూ నా వీడియోలను దాచుకుంటూ ఉంటారు. ఎప్పుడయినా నా పోస్టులు మిస్సయితే నా క్లయింట్లు లేదా ఫాలో అయ్యేవారి దగ్గర సులభంగా లభిస్తాయి.
