Dear ICC - International Cricket Council & IPL - Indian Premier League 

I want to propose an new approach i;e introducing a medal system to replace the traditional 1st to 4th position rankings. And also want to upgrade the previous positions with new medal system.

This system will elevate the prestige and competitiveness of ICC tournaments, including the World Cup, World Test Championship, Champions Trophy, and T20 World Cup.

The ICC Medal System- A Symbol of Excellence:

Gold Medal: 

Awarded to the winner of each tournament, symbolizing the ultimate achievement in international cricket.

Silver Medal: 

Presented to the runner-up, acknowledging their exceptional performance and sportsmanship.

Bronze Medal: Awarded to the third-placed team, recognizing their outstanding efforts and dedication.

Copper Medal: 

Awarded to the Fourth Placed team in Tournament. 

Benefits of the ICC Medal System

Enhanced Prestige: Medals will add a new level of prestige to ICC events, making them even more coveted and respected.

Increased Competitiveness: Teams will strive to win medals, fostering a more competitive environment and exciting matches.

Improved Fan Engagement: The medal system will create new storylines and talking points, increasing fan interest and emotional investment.

Requesting the ICC/ IPL to consider implementing the medal system, elevating the sport to new heights and inspiring future generations of cricketers.
