The word "Re" means About/ Concern. The word "Public" means "Treating yourself by thinking about you as whole people"
By taking these definitions from different sources, I'm interpreting Republic idea as "Having/Keeping concern on people in my thoughts and works.
May these intentions become innate in our inherent. Happy Republic Day
