R) No, IPC and CrPC is not part of the Indian constitution. IPC is a penal law,in which punishments are prescribed for the offences, whereas Crpc is a procedural law in which detailed procedures are laid down to seek the remedies mentioned in IPC. Constitution is a basic document which sets out the aims and aspirations of the makers of the constitution.

R) You will feel conscious of every move of yours. I have experienced this when i went to a village in Rajasthan as a part of my field trip. The people there are so curious to know about us, they started to stare at us. This did not stop even when we are taking afternoon nap. As result, of which we became so conscious of us and finally gave up sleeping :p
