My Version of Detailed Project Note

Mobile Library is not a conventional project, but it's new unique initiative for the vulnerable children for to develop their Reading, Creativity (Imagination and thinking), Social and Emotional understanding, Narration (Listening and Speaking) and Confidence competencies, through the medium of strategically designed sessions for less privileged children (those who are in and out of school).

Our MLP rationale arrived from the Inequity and negation. Inequity of access to knowledge in society, and the negation of deep focus in formal education system. These problems lead this project towards the objectives of developing five competencies in children through storytelling and other associate processes.

The Processes for this project done through the strategically designed storytelling sessions, Book issuing to children, one event every month in all schools, community participation (Parents Meeting and Home Visits), Baseline and End-line assessments for each child, project activities, special case studies etc.

The verifiable indicators were for the processes is verified through the children with 80% attendance need to take 2 books in a month and need to get 2 points increase in their End-line assessment. Positive feedback from Schools, Parents and children. Associate verifiable indicators were MIS Data, Docket files, etc.

About Competencies:

This whole project is revolving around the 5 competencies. These reading, creativity, social and emotional understanding, narration and self-confidence are personal properties which are inherent in us. These competencies are more likely inter-related with each other, to discover yourself and these competencies will open new dimensions in our life in the form of thoughts, understandings, helps in reviewing the past activities for proper present and future and triggers us to deal with society and self for satisfaction.

About Planning Chart:

The first part of Planning chart specifies, how we can execute the competencies differently in our sessions.

The second Part of Planning chart helps in arranging of sessions with different competencies in given allotted time with different activities.

The third part of planning charts shares our ratings of our conduct. It has ought responsibilities. It we can use for during observative sessions and assessing works.

The Project Programs:

Story Planning: Our story plans should balance the five competencies. In each session at-least we need to concern on two competencies. This planning should be done according to our planning chart.

Event: Event is a “special activity”, that can be done in all schools, that need to special, there we need to showcase the children’s presentations in front of school (other classmates, teachers, principals, parents, etc.)

Project Activity: Project activity is a theme-based project, where we need to give some time to practice the theme, later they can present their experiences in art form and we can keep those in docket files and we can publish it.

Special case studies: This is Pre-Pro status of children in Mobile Library Project. Here we specially focus on some slow learning children. Through the medium of Remedial Learning we need to see the change in children.

Magazines: The magazines should have children’s work, like their writeups, drawings, activity photos, their craft makings, our case studies on them, etc.

The Responsibilities:

By giving space to team, need to manage the overall Project Programs. Ensuring strategical storytelling sessions happening in schools, Making Coordinative Planning of stories and events, Maintaining and submitting regular MIS Data and reports, planning and conducting of meetings, coordination and communication with key stakeholders, etc.

ప్రణాళిక పత్రం యొక్క రెండవ భాగం వేర్వేరు కార్యకలాపాలతో కేటాయించిన సమయంలో వివిధ సామర్థ్యాలతో తరగతులను ఏర్పాటు చేయడంలో సహాయపడుతుంది.

ప్రణాళిక పత్రంలోని మూడవ భాగం మా ప్రవర్తన యొక్క మా రేటింగ్‌లను పంచుకుంటుంది. దానికి తప్పక బాధ్యతలు ఉంటాయి. ఇది మేము పరిశీలనాత్మక సెషన్లలో మరియు పనిని అంచనా వేసేటప్పుడు ఉపయోగించవచ్చు.

ప్రయుక్తి కార్యక్రమాలు:

ఈవెంట్: ఈవెంట్ అనేది ఒక “ప్రత్యేక కార్యకలాపం”, ఇది అన్ని పాఠశాలల్లో చేయదగినది, ప్రత్యేకం కావాలి, అక్కడ మేము పిల్లల ప్రదర్శనలను పాఠశాల ముందు ప్రదర్శించాలి (ఇతర సహవిద్యార్థులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, తల్లిదండ్రులు మొదలైనవి)

ప్రాజెక్ట్ యాక్టివిటీ: ప్రాజెక్ట్ యాక్టివిటీ అనేది థీమ్-ఆధారిత ప్రాజెక్ట్, ఇక్కడ మనం నేపథ్యాన్ని సాధన చేయడానికి కొంత సమయం ఇవ్వాలి, తర్వాత వారు తమ అనుభవాలను కళా రూపంలో ప్రదర్శించవచ్చు మరియు మనము వాటిని డాకెట్ ఫైల్‌లలో ఉంచవచ్చు మరియు మనం దానిని ప్రచురించవచ్చు.

ప్రత్యేక కేస్ స్టడీస్: ఇది సంచార గ్రంథాలయ ప్రయుక్తిలో పిల్లల ముందు-తర్వాత స్థితి తెలియజేస్తుంది. ఇక్కడ మనం ప్రత్యేకంగా కొంతమంది నెమ్మదిగా నేర్చుకునే పిల్లలపై దృష్టి పెడతాము. నివారణ పద్ధతుల ద్వారా వాళ్ల అభ్యాసంలో మనం పిల్లల్లో మార్పును చూడాలి.

అభ్యాస వ్యూహ రచన:

మన అంచనా విధానం వాళ్ళ వయస్సు/తరగతితో పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుని MHRD రూపోందించిన ప్రమాణాలు ప్రకారం ఉండాలి. తరగతి గది నిర్వహణ ఉత్తమంగా ఉండాలి, పిల్లలకు భరోసా ఇవ్వడం, క్రమంగా మాట్లాడించడం, తోటి సహచరులను మాటలను వినేల చేయడం మొదలైనవి మన తరగతి గదిలో జెరగాలి.

1, 2వ తరగతి విద్యార్థుల చదువు కోసం కొన్ని వ్యూహాలు.

A) ధ్వని గుర్తింపు: అక్షరాన్ని గుర్తించడానికి మరియు పరిచయం చేయడానికి ఒకే అక్షరాలు/పదాలను తరచుగా ఉపయోగించడం.

B) అక్షరాలను పరిచయం చేయడం: ఒకే అక్షరంతో మొదలయ్యే విభిన్న విషయాలను తీసుకురావడం మరియు పిల్లలకు అర్థాన్నిచ్చే విధంగా అక్షరాలను, పదాలను పరిచయం చేయడం.

C). బోర్డు మీద అక్షరాలను రాయడం, పిల్లలను ఆ అక్షరాలకు సంబందించిన పదాలు చెప్పమనాలి.

D). కథనం-వ్యఖానం: పిల్లలు చెప్పే కథనాలు రాసి, దానికి వారి పేర్లు జోడించి పిల్లలతో చదివించాలి.

E). వార్తాపత్రిక కార్యాచరణ: బోర్డు మీద అక్షరాలను రాసి, పిల్లలకు కొన్ని వార్తాపత్రిక ముక్కలను ఇవ్వాలి. బోర్డు మీద ఉన్న అక్షరాలను గుర్తించి, ఏదైనా సాధారణ అక్షరాలు ఉన్నాయి.

F). చిత్ర లేఖనం: పిల్లలకు ఒక విషయం ఇచ్చి చిత్రలేఖన రూపంలో తమను తాము వ్యక్తపరించేల చేయడం.

ఉదా:- వర్షంలో మీరు ఏమి చేస్తారు? మీరు ఇంట్లో ఒంటరిగా ఉన్నప్పుడు మీరు ఏమి చేస్తారు? రేపు మీరు ఏమి చేస్తారు?, మీకు ఎలాంటివి తినేందుకు కావాలి? మొదలైనవి తరువాత ఆ వ్యాఖ్యలను జోడించడం ద్వారా, మనం దానిని ప్రతి పిల్లలకు చూపించగలము మరియు దానిని డాకెట్ ఫైళ్ళ (Docket Files) లో ఉంచవచ్చు.

G). అక్షరం మరియు గుణింతాలు గుర్తింపు కోసం సీతాకోకచిలుక-TLMను పరిచయం చేయాలి .

H). చిత్రం పై చర్చ: మీరు చూపించిన పేజీలో దగ్గర కథ ఏమి జెరిగిందొ తెలుసుకోవడం.

3, 4 & 5 తరగతి పిల్లల కోసం కొన్ని వ్యూహాలు:

A) కథకుడు తగిన పుస్తకాన్ని ఎన్నుకోవాలి, కథను పూర్తిగా అర్ధం చేసుకోవడానికి కనీసం 3 సార్లు పుస్తకాన్ని చదవాలి.

B) కథ నిర్మాణాన్ని అర్థం చేసుకోవడం (కథను మొదలు, మధ్యలో మరియు ముగింపును అర్ధం చేసుకోవాలి)

C) పరిచయం: కథను ప్రారంభించడానికి ఆసక్తికరమైన ఆరంభం అవసరం.

D) ఊహాత్మక పరస్పర చిత్ర చర్చ: చిత్రాలను చూసి పరస్పర వాక్యాల ద్వారా కథను ఊహించి నిర్మించడం.

E) పెద్దగా చదవడం: సరైన ఉచ్చారణతో కథను పిల్లలకు చెప్పడం, హాస్యాన్ని ఉపయోగించడం, స్వరాన్ని మార్చడం మొదలైనవి చెయ్యాలి.

F) పదల అట్టలు: అర్థవంతమైన వాక్య నిర్మాణాన్ని, పదజాల అభివృద్ధి చేసుకోవడం కోసం ఒక చర్య.

G) వివరణ లేని విధానం (No Explanation Policy): పిల్లలను స్వీయ-అవగాహన ద్వారా కథను గూర్చి ఆలోచించడం, అర్థం చేసుకోవడం మరియు అనుభవించేలా చేయడానికి తరగతిలోని ప్రముఖ ప్రశ్నలను అడగడం.

పరిష్కారా బోధనా (Remedial Learning): 3, 4, మరియు 5 తరగతిలో నెమ్మదిగా చదువుకునే వారి కోసం ఎర్పరిచినది.

A) చిత్రం పై చర్చ: సరళమైన పదాలను తీసుకోవడం కథను రూపొందించాలి మరియు వాక్యాలను చెప్పమని వారిని అడగాలి.
