Hello Naga, Wonderfully written record of practicum visits. I particularly want to comment on your self reflections on what you experienced. Your dislike of selecting, good drawings but not on theme. Perhaps for older children there can be choice from different set of themes

Changing strategies or modifying the classroom transaction according to the situation as you even mention the Art Mela.

I liked the fact that you felt rewarded when students worked on their own, its rare but it happened. 23/25 for the practical record.

Keep up your thinking and analysis. Get a grip overwriting and communicating. I am attaching comments on the paper also.

మీతో ఆఫీస్ లో ఉన్నప్పుడు, మీ నుండి వచ్చే మాటలు, ఆ భావ వ్యక్తీకరణ నాకు చాలా ప్లేజెంట్ గా అనిపించేవి! అందుకేనేమో అప్పుడప్పుడు ఇలా గుర్తుకు వస్తూ వుంటారు!!
