Yes, And Well, Dammit!! Healthy people are not needed for economy. They do not buy drugs. They do not go to Hospitals & Doctors. They add nothing to country's GDP. On the contrary, every new McDonald outlet creates at least 30 jobs - Oct Cardiologists, Oct Dentists, Oct weight loss experts apart from people working in McDonald outlet. So Who do you want? A Cyclist or a McDonald? (Oh God...What a thinking).

Priya Akka, 1st of all, thanks for sharing this. And I strongly feel that, right now people started thinking about these critical things and trying to try to go towards this cyclist approach than McDonald.

I think, that's why only, one of the major organization, UNO also started focusing-Thinking on HDI (Human Development index) than GDP, for growth. We need to feel happy, because at least started thinking.

1) Machine Technology in education is acceptable or rejectable for you to our children.

A warm welcome to all 4G members to this sociological "National Children's Day" with some self-note. Sometimes we will call adults as also child, because of his-her behaviour, when they are driven by emotions, by forgetting about around society perception. 

Phenomenally when we observe our self-experiences, psychologically we all have a child in ourselves. So today as a medium, 

I am wishing you all members a very blissful "Children's Day" to your psychological hidden child. We will try to enjoy this children's day with plenty of happiness like a child, by digging our childhood memories.

Annaiya, I think, the intention might behind in creating and sharing this message is to generate fun. But I want to take this little bit seriously by thinking about upcoming Telangana elections also.

Nehru didn’t get India nor his family 1) He the Nehru, his daughter Indira Gandhi and his grandson Rajiv Gandhi, became Prime Ministers through our combined social votes as part of our Democracy. 2) At 1964 after the death of Nehru, unanimously all MP’s taken this decision to celebrate his birthday as Children's day. People also supported this. Hereditary didn't make them PM (But through hereditary they might have got tickets), but our combined social votes triggered them to take PM post. Nehru didn't give India to his family, we encouraged their family to take India for proper governance. 

Mistakes happens mutually and corrections also happens mutually. Nothing is permanent in this world even good-positive-corrections etc. or bad-negative-mistakes-etc. Only the change is constant. Previously we only happily accepted Nehru birthday as Children's day. Now we only feeling difficulty in digesting this.

 

Through by reflecting on experiences, mistakes these things will transform into learning, quantity will become quality. While we are voting or taking any decisions, we need to analyze our past experiences and take decision to work or vote. Leave the impact, because time will take care of you and society. As a medium I am thinking and saying (sharing) this message of self for to follow this, in my life process" to see and feel the quality change in me for society (family) and also to make myself blissful.

Remember, when certain messages are mentioned in lighter vein, read and leave, no further probing. That's not going to serve the purpose of anyone in the group as everyone have their own judgement. Don't spend too much time (waking up early in the morning 3.30am, it's pure waste of your precious time) at on these kind of posts becoz these are just for fun. Unknown facts from Ramayana:- A Must Read for all . The last stages of the war in Ramayana. Blood flowing like a river. The vanquished Ravana lying on the ground, groaning in pain, awaiting his death.

Rama calls brother Lakshmana. Lakshmana, the ever obedient brother says “Yes Brother, what do I have to do”, then Rama replied Dear Lakshmana, I have a very important job for you. For all his faults Ravana is still a great man, very learned, full of wisdom. A great Shiva Bhakta. A benevolent Emperor, Singer, Musician, Expert in Veena, knows the Vedas by heart. Please go to him, pay your respects and request him to share his learning before he departs from this world.

Then ever obedient Lakshmana immediately proceeds to the ground where Ravana is lying. He stood near his head. Hearing the footsteps and recognising that Lakshmana is standing near his head, Ravana keeps quiet. Lakshmana waits a long time and returns frustrated. Reports to Rama what happened. Rama, the all-knowing, smiles. Lakshmana, when you go to someone for learning, you have to stand at their feet, not sit on their head. Learn to pay proper respect to Ravana so that he can impart his learnings.

Hi Srilekha Akka,Thanks for your response with such a pleasing word "Nanna". I will happily accept your conclusion ("You will realize only, when you experience in specific") with my level best action towards experience.But it is little bit difficult for me to accept the statement "Both theory and practicality are different"Because Theory (Abstract) and Practical (Concrete) are not separate in nature, they are "organically" inter-related with each other simultaneously.

 

Explanation based on current learning levels:Language, Country, Religion (GOD) etc. essential things are initially an abstract (Non-figurative) in nature; by adding meaning to it, by including social experiences in it, this abstract slowly became theory (A well substantiated explanation) and that theory slowly became practical (concrete) in nature.Based on our past conscious experiences we can easily understand some of Telugu and English language words. By seeing the words, itself we can get to know characteristics of those things easily.Example:A word Apple doesn't have real Apple, but by seeing those abstract (Theoretical) Telugu-English language word of Apple, we can easily remember real (concrete and practical) Apple.Here both theoretical and practical are inter-related through the accepting of common social experiences.

A Letter-Note to the great Sri Amancharla Audiseshaia (Tataiya).

In the view of LAW, you "Was there" in this world. In the view of me (our family) you are "Is here" with us in the form of memories with some very small strong live examples from your life. which are transcendental (Existing in psyche with some strong motives) feelings for us. 

Those some small transcendental motives are 

1) "Having a concern on our family members with patience and responsibilities", 

2) "Enjoying the small quantity of quality with maximum pleasure"

3) "Conservation of present resources for long term development"

4) "Asking the concrete questions to get straight answer"

5) Nurturing your grandchildren with flexibly broad and concrete vision, by making them conscious on positive past.

These are some of transcendental qualities, which are practically remembered and gained by your children Nageshwari (Attaiya), Subbha rao (Peddananna), Annapurna (Ammamma), Rammurty (Peddananna), Srilakshmi (Attaiya) and Mallikarjuna (Nanna) implemented in their lives. A group of 50 people attended a seminar. Suddenly the speaker stopped and started giving each person a balloon. Each one was asked to write his-her name on it using a marker. Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room. Now these delegates were let in that room and asked to find the balloon which had their respective names written on within 5 minutes. Everyone was frantically searching for their names, pushing and colliding with each other, and there was utter chaos. At the end of 5 minutes, no one could find their own balloons. Now each one was asked to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it. Within minutes everyone had their own balloons. The speaker began: This is exactly what is happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all over the place, not knowing where it is. Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people. Help them Find their happiness and you will get your own happiness too. And this is the purpose of human life... Learn to put a smile on someone's face, and you will also smile in due course.

If India need to develop, Reservation should be removed altogether. This was originally created for helping the poor in lower castes however getting misused for last 70 years. Een in USA blacks got freedom from slavery or equal rights due to Martin Luther King in 60s but they don't have reservations

Vamsi Annaiya(R): This is never going to happen

Bhargav(R): 

Till now based on constitution-theory. Our country is giving reservations to the people by considering their social and educational backwardness, not by much focus on their economic characteristics. I feel, this nod will be a history in the constitutional amendments. Positive or Negative it will remain as History.

 

I feel, now also, there is a need of reservations for people particularly for practical Schedule tribes-Caste and other OBC's because, in olden days (with some minute limitations) education is not available to this people, the upper class-caste people only use to get education and they treated them as untouchables and kept them away from education-society. There we (Upper class-Caste with some limitations) misused the power in the name of tradition. This happened for some centuries. And now with the government (Supreme power) involvement slowly in this process through reservations they (Socially and educationally backward people) also got the education and respect from society through government jobs, here they also misused their power like upper class-caste people by some manipulations.

 

But, some centuries of negation for backward people towards education and decent jobs were tried to recover in the span of 70 years through the reservations by the government (Supreme Power). In this 70 years we (Upper caste) are slightly alienated from government jobs, what we did, that only we got, but with more transformation. Now we also got reservations. I am happy for this also.

 

Even though I (upper class-caste) did ignorable mistakes in dictatorial past, the supreme power blessed us with transformative present. So I am very happy and thankful for this reservation nod. I am ready to accept the laws and amendments of the supreme-power (Government) without much hesitation. It will take care of ourselves by considering our requests, because we are part of that Government (Supreme Power) system.

Dr. Sunil Jajit HR L&T: Just because I am holding a senior position in HR with L&T, I have been getting many requests from my relatives, friends, acquaintances, to help their sons or daughters, who have freshly passed out from engineering college, to get job in L&T. The number of requests are huge. So many fresh engineers are unemployed, I could hardly have helped only few of them to get job in L&T or in some other companies where I have contacts. I feel bad to say NO to many of the requests or for those whom I can't help. They get disappointed... I can understand. Parents invest their life time earned money just to see their sons or daughters getting degree in engineering.

They think that jobs are easily available for engineers. After interviewing many of them, I can't even tell them that your son or daughter do not even have minimum required technical knowledge. Getting first class or distinction has become so easy without having fundamental knowledge of engineering. *It's high time for parents to stop running behind engineering degrees.

USA produces around 1 lakh engineers per year for a $16 trillion economy. India produces 15 lakhs engineers for a $2 trillion economy. The earlier mass recruiting sector was Manufacturing. It used to recruit from the core branches like Electrical, Mechanical, Civil etc. But, Manufacturing is relatively stagnant at 17% of the GDP. So the core branch placements have become very difficult. The more recent mass recruiter was the IT sector. It grew from scratch to almost 5% of the GDP in a short time. IT Employed millions of engineers. Now, IT is also saturating. Only good, skilled IT Engineers are in demand. If you look at the sectoral composition of Indian economy, most of the sectors do not need engineers. Tourism is Oct% of the GDP, does not require engineers. Financial sector, Trade, Hotels and Restaurants do not require engineers. Requirement of engineers in Health, Education, Agriculture is also negligible. More than 50% of the GDP has no role for Engineers, still most of Indian youth are becoming Engineers. The situation is not sustainable. 

Demand is low while supply is high. Over and above this, skill level of an average engineer is poor, almost its non-existent in many cases. If we leave aside the top Oct0–200 colleges, freshest engineers have no idea of what they studied. Ask a fresh mechanical engineer, can s-he design a simple frame? 

Today the situation is that most engineers are working in a field that has no connection to what they have studied in the college. This is a waste of resources. Engineering degree does not come cheap. It costs about Oct-15 lakhs. For poor parents, its a huge burden. When their son - daughter is not able to secure a job, they are devastated. 

For the nation, you can calculate the loss. Leave around 1 lakh engineers that NASSCOM says are employable. The rest 14 lakhs have each wasted Oct lakhs of fees. That totals to around $20 Billion. Almost equal to the Government’s spending on healthcare. Over this, there is loss of human capital. 

India need to replan the whole engineering education system. Government need to cut down on the number of colleges and improve the quality in the rest. Also students should explore other career options than everyone becoming Engineers.

When it comes to education, a multitude of options are available today! From Aviation, to Hotel Management, Short Term Programs to big movie production courses, Data science, cyber security, Information Security, Cloud Technology Designing, Indian Armed Forces, Animation and VFX, Digital Marketing, Film Making, Technology Courses like SQL, PHP, Big Data, C, C++, etc. and much more! 

For a majority of courses like these, there are entrance exams too, such as the NATA, CEED, NID entrance, NIFT entrance, NDA entrance, MBA Entrance, Hotel Management entrance, CET, NEET and many more! Here, the right training goes a long way in getting your child admission to their dream institute! *Do you know what are the top career tracks of 2018 other than engineering??* See the following list.

పిల్లవాడు అడుగుతున్నాడు కదా అని కత్తిని తల్లి ఇచ్చేస్తుందా!!? మీరైతే మాత్రం ఇస్తారా!!!అవసరమైతే పిల్లవాడిని దండిస్తుంది, కాని కత్తిని అందించదు. ఎందుకంటే కత్తి వలన కలిగే ప్రమాదం పిల్లవాడికి తెలియదు.‌అదేదో ఆటవస్తువనే భ్రమలో ఉంటాడు. కానీ తల్లికి దానివలన కలిగే ప్రమాదం తెలుసు కనుక తన పిల్లవాడు ఆ కత్తితోతనకు తానుగా ఎక్కడ గాయపరచుకుంటాడో అని ఆ తల్లి దానిని దూరంగా దాచేస్తుంది. మరి ఈ జన్మకు కేవలం ఈ దేహానికి మాత్రమే తల్లిగా ఉండే మానవ స్త్రీయే తన బిడ్డల పట్ల ఇంత జాగ్రత్తగా ఉంటే జన్మ జన్మల నుండి మనతో ఉంటూ మన ఆత్మకు తల్లీ తండ్రీ తానుగా ఉండి మనలను సదా కాచుకు కూర్చుంటున్న ఆ భగవంతుడు ఆయన పిల్లలమైన మనపై ఇంకెంత జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండాలి!!!..

Bhargav(M): In my perception, Men is seed and Women is fruit. Mutually both have vital roles in making world happy. Till now there is no empirical practical evidence to prove who and which is first-great (Either seed-men, or fruit-women). All (Both) have their strengthening power equallyand mutually.

 

On 19th November, formally we (I) need to conscious on Men's Id-entity. On 8th March, formally we need to conscious on women's Id-entity. Now it's time for me to conscious on women.

The Thief and The Merchant

(a beautiful wisdom story as told by Sri Anandamayi Ma)

A wealthy merchant went on a business trip. A thief in the disguise of a businessman joined him, intent on robbing him at the earliest suitable occasion. Every morning, before leaving the inn which they happened to have put up for the night, the merchant would count his money quite openly and then put it into his pocket. At night the merchant went to sleep seemingly without suspicion. While he was asleep the thief would frantically search through all the belongings of the merchant without being able to find the money. After several nights of frustrating searching, the thief finally in resignation confessed to the merchant his true intention and pleaded with him to tell him how he was able to hide his money so successfully.

The merchant replied casually: "I knew from the very beginning what you were up to. So, every night I placed the money under your pillow. I could safely sleep, knowing full well that that would be the one place where you would never look."

 

 God (Everything) is within you-me (Self), but Human goes out in search of God.

Our real life partner is our Body with Sprit (Biological organization with Spirit). Once our body (Biological organization with sprit) stops responding no one is with us. Our Self and our body stay together from Birth till Death.

What we do to our body is our responsibility and that will come back to us. The more we care for our Biological organisation with sprit (Body), the more our body (Biological organisation with sprit) will care of us. 

 

What we eat, what you do for being Fit, how we deal with stress, how much the rest we give to it, etc. Will decide how our body gonna respond. Remember our body (Biological Organizations with Spirit) is the only permanent address where we live. Family, friends, assets, and others comes and leaves. Our Biological organisation with invisible spirit is our asset-liability-entity which no one else can share. (But we can enjoy the process of change)

 

Our body is our responsibility. Because, we are the real life partner with it. Be fit and try to take *Care and Share* the Self with entity we have.

ఒక మనిషి చనిపోయాడు. దేహంలోంచి ఆత్మ బయటకు వచ్చింది. చుట్టూ చూశాడు. చేతిలో పెట్టెతో దేవుడు తన దగ్గరకు వచ్చాడు. చనిపోయిన మనిషికీ భగవంతుడుకి మధ్య సంభాషణ ఇలా సాగింది. 

దేవుడు: మానవా..నీ శరీరం పడిపోయింది. ఇక ఈ జన్మ ముగిసింది. నాతో పద.

మనిషి: అయ్యో ఇంత త్వరగానా? నేను భవిష్యత్తు గురించి ఎన్నో కలలు కన్నాను స్వామీ!

దేవుడు: తప్పదు నాయనా! నీవు నాతో రావాల్సిన సమయం వచ్చింది. నడువు.

మనిషి: నాకోసం తెచ్చిన ఆ పెట్టె ఇటివ్వండి. ఏం తెచ్చారో చూస్తాను

దేవుడు: నీకు చెందినవి ఉన్నాయి.

మనిషి: నావా? అంటే నా బట్టలు, డబ్బులు, భూమి పత్రాలు అవా?

దేవుడు: అవెప్పటికీ నీవి కావు. అవన్నీ భూమివే. అక్కడే ఉంటాయి

మనిషి: పోనీ నా జ్ఞాపకాలున్నాయా దాన్లో?

దేవుడు: కాదు. జ్ఞాపకాలనేవి కాలానికి చెందినవి. కాలగర్భంలోకి వెళ్లిపోతాయి

మనిషి: అయితే నా ప్రతిభ, ప్రజ్ఞ ఉండి ఉంటాయి!

దేవుడు: అవి పరిస్థితులవి నీవి కావు 

మనిషి: నా స్నేహితులున్నారా అందులో?

దేవుడు: వారు కేవలం నీతో కొద్ది దూరం కలిసి వచ్చే తోటి ప్రయాణికులు మాత్రమే

మనిషి: హూం..నా భార్య, బిడ్డలునా?

దేవుడు: వారు నీతో కలిసి ఒక నాటకంలో పాల్గొన్న పాత్రధారులు

మనిషి: అయితే నీవద్ద ఉన్న పెట్టెలో నా శరీరం ఉండుండాలి!

దేవుడు: తప్పు. నీ శరీరం థూళికి చెందినది. మట్టిలో పడుతుంది.

మనిషి: స్వామీ అయితే నా ఆత్మా?

దేవుడు: ఆత్మ నీదెలా అవుతుంది. అది నాది.

మనిషి: ఆ పెట్టె ఇటివ్వు స్వామి అని తీసుకుని తెరిచి చూశాడు. కళ్లలో నీళ్లు సుడులు తిరిగాయి. ఆపెట్టె ఖాళీగా ఉంది.(మనిషి కాలం చెస్తే తనతో తీసుకువచ్చేది ఏదీ ఉండదు అని చెప్పేందుకే దేవుడు ఈ ఖాళీ పెట్టె తెచ్చాడని అర్థం అయింది. బతికున్నంత కాలం నా వాళ్లు, అవన్నీ నావే, ఇవన్నీ నాకే అని ఆశతో, ఆరాటంతో పరుగుతు పెడుతూ పరమాత్మ స్మరణ మరిచాను అని దుఖిఃతుడయ్యాడు).

మనిషి: స్వామీ చివరగా అడుగుతున్నాను. నాది అనేది ఏమైనా ఉందా అసలు?

దేవుడు: ఉంది. నీవు జీవించినంతకాలం ప్రతి క్షణం నీదే.ఆ క్షణాల్లో నీవు ఆర్జించే మంచి, చెడు యొక్క పర్యవసానాలు నీకే చెందుతాయి.అందుకే ప్రతిక్షణం మంచిని పంచాలి, పెంచాలి, భగవన్మామం స్మరించాలి. పశ్చాతాపులను క్షమించాలి. తోటివారి నుంచి మనకి సంక్రమించే చెడును విసర్జించాలి, మానవసేవ-మాధవసేవలను గుర్తించి జీవించాలి.

"ఎందరో గుప్త మరియు బహిర్గత మహానుభావుల పోరాటం ద్వార సాయుధ మరియు అహింసపద్ధతుల మధ్యమంగామన దేశానికి మనకు *రాజకీయ సామజిక స్వతంత్రం* వచ్చింది. ఆ స్వతంత్రం వచ్చినందుకు ఆనందంగా ఉంది. ఆ ఆనందంతోనే మీకు 73వ స్వతంత్ర దినోత్సవ శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలుపుతున్నాను. 

 

మనందరికీ రాజకీయ సామజికంగాస్వతంత్రం సిద్ధించింది. వ్యక్తిగతంగా స్వతంత్రం రావాలంటే స్వతంత్రం అంటే ఏంటి తెలుసుకోవాలి (దానికి నేను మినహాయింపు ఏమి కాదు) 

స్వ అంటే సొంతమైన అని అర్దం; తంత్రం అంటే తర్కమైన పద్దతి అని ఆర్డం. "స్వతంత్రం అంటే మన సొంత పద్దతి తో మనలోని నైపుణ్యాలను బయటకు తీయడమే స్వతంత్రం అని నేను బలంగా భావిస్తున్నాను. 

ఈ స్వతంత్రం, దినోత్సవంగా ఎప్పుడూ అవుతుంది అంటే మన నైపుణ్యాలను ఆభివ్యక్తీకరించడం (బయటకు తీయడం) గమ్య స్తానంగా కాకా ప్రయాణంగా చేసుకున్నప్పుడే (మహర్షి చలనచిత్రం లోను ఇది చెప్పరు "Success is a Journey, not the Destination") 

అందరు నిత్య నూతనం గా *"స్వ-తంత్ర* దినోత్సవాలు" జెరుపుకోవాలని ఆశిస్తూ సెలవు తీసుకుంటున్నాను."

The Amancherla Clan Uplifter (వంశోద్దారక) Kovid Arya Wishing you a Splendid Birthday. The Clan Uplifter is neither a tag, nor an expectation from you, but it's a kind of giving some *personal instincts for innate personality* to transform the self in society.

I joined in this WhatsApp Platform on September 4th 2018. I am very much thankful to you all, for your silent support". Now, I am interested in going towards away from WhatsApp to 108  Days (If Possible?)

To find out how the life moves on without the Social network (WhatsApp), to see how it impacts my daily activities, I have decided to renunciate WhatsApp for 108 days. Bye-bye WhatsApp smile emoticon.
